Sour Cream Bean Dip Sour Cream Bean Dip 1 can (17 ounces) refried beans ½ cup sour cream ½ cup red salsa ½ cup finely chopped green onions, or 2 tablespoons dried chives 1 medium tomato, chopped (optional) ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese In 2-quart casserole, combine beans, sour cream, salsa sauce, and green onions (note, microwaving the beans for 1 – 2 minutes will make it easier to combine). Microwave mixture at 70% for 5 – 8 minutes, until heated, stirring every 2 minutes. Stir in tomato if desired. Sprinkle with cheese, and microwave at 70% 1 – 2 minutes, until cheese is melted.
