Ham & Cream Cheese Roll-ups!

These are super easy and way yummy!

pack of 8 flour tortillas
1 pkg of cream cheese
1 jar pimentos
1/2 lb ham
bunch grean onions

Lay out tortilla, spread cream cheese on it. Then layer ham, pimentos, and onions. Then roll up! Do this with all 8 and then stick in the fridge for a couple of hours so the cream cheese hardens a little, then slice into little pinwheels. Delish and attractive!

I made these over the weekend, I used
1 tub garden veggie cream cheese
1 cup mozzerella
1/2 can black olives chopped
cappicola ham

mixed the cheeses and olives together and then made the roll-ups.

They were very good

I make something like that - a New Years Eve tradition.

I use ham and spread it with cream cheese and place a green onion on one end and roll up. Chill and then cut into pinwheels. I will have to try the tortilla part next year.

Here's a huge hint - Use a spoon dipped in hot water to spread the cream cheese. It really, really makes it easier.
