CHEF Pepperoni Pizza Dip (Mmmm!)

I made this for a Recipe Club Meeting with the theme of Superbowl Snacks. It was delish! The little leftovers I had were even yummy spread cold into celery.

A great tasting pizza dip served warm. You can make this a head of time and bake it just before you need it. You can also freeze it before baking for last minute guests.
SERVES 8 -10 (change servings and units)

Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened (I used light)
1/2 cup sour cream (I used light)
1/8 teaspoon dried oregano
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 cup pizza sauce
3/4 chopped green pepper (I used yellow pepper)
10 pepperoni slices, quartered
1/4 cup sliced green onion
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
toasted bread rounds or toasted breadsticks (I used ready made pizza crust sliced into sticks and sprayed with pam and sprinkled with garlic powder, parsley, and parmesan cheese from the green can.)

Directions:
1 Combine first 5 ingredients.
2 Spread into a 9 inch pie plate or oven safe serving platter.
3 Cover with pizza sauce.
4 Top with green pepper, pepperoni, and onions.
5 Bake in 350 degree oven for 10 minutes.
6 Sprinkle with cheese.
7 Bake 5-8 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
8 Serve with bread rounds or bread sticks.
