 Stuffed French Toast
need :
3 eggs
1 c milk
1 & 1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
banana crunch cereal
bread
2 oz bitter sweet chocolate chips
1 large banana
2 cups sliced strawberries
preheat oven to 350
beat eggs milk sugar vanilla and salt in a large shallow dish with a wire wisk until well blended together.
place cereal in a resealable baggie and crush I used a rolling pin it worked well.
dip both sides of 4 pcs of bread in egg mixture dip one side into crushed cereal and place on a clean baking tray sprinkle with finely chopped chocolate. top with bananas dip both sides of 4 more pieces of bread in remaining egg mixx coat one side with cereal and place on top of other piece of bread with banans. bake for 20-25 mins. serve with berries and whipped topping!
