And then right above the time zones option in the UserCp under "edit options" is the thread display section, and you can set it to 5, 10, 20, 30, or 40 posts per page. The 10 works pretty well cause all the stuff doesn't have to load completely to get the page up.

I have mine set to view 10 per page - that helps immensely. | I just checked mine and it is set to "use forum default", BUT my default is 100 not 25 as yours is. I checked a big thread and it shows 100 posts per page. I love seeing that many per page, but I like speed too LOL!
I'm going to change it to 10, 20, 30, or 40, but I just wanted you to know what my default is.
I would think that everyone would have the same default?

It is running the slowest it ever has for me. I have emptied all my temp internet files, cookies etc. and changed my posts per page from 20 to 10 and it hasn't helped.
ETA: Nevermind, it is ok now.

For me it is running very fast I have it set to show 40 posts per page. No problems on my end.

I get a lag with IE on this computer (Win2K, DSL) but not with Firefox on this system. With IE, the page loads the HotCouponWorld logo but then hangs on the rest. Then it loads everything else and that comes up instantly but there is a lag between the two events.
On Firefox on this system everything loads fairly quick. |

It is still very slow opening / loading the pages. 
But I am so happy HCW is back up that I will be patient.
