Please note that your 1st post is moderated ( Has to be approved by a moderator ). User Level 2 = Your 1st post to the board has been approved but you still can not PM or access some of the other features of the board. User Level 3 = You have full board privileges with acess to all pages including the coupon database and other features in the coupon resources tab.
