We are working on a mini project to help our new members to HCW find the information they need here at HCW and we need to collect a little information from our members about what stores are in what states.
So if you could help us out by filling out this simple form so we know what stores are located in what states that will help us out immensly. There is also sections for other stores (that we don't have forums for) which will help us make decisions down the road about new forums to add.
got my corner of potato land done.........i only did the local stores we have here, there are more in idaho falls(about an hour away from me........but i never get there so i cant add any)

Only half of Yankee Candle shows up on my screen and it abrubtly ends. There is no place to write other stores like in the above questions for other stores. And no submit button shows on my form either.
