Completed my little corner of the Tar Heel state. Our town basically has 2 grocery stores and a drug store. But I did the neighboring town which is where I do a lot of my shopping....
Only half of Yankee Candle shows up on my screen and it abrubtly ends. There is no place to write other stores like in the above questions for other stores. And no submit button shows on my form either.
Have you tried to refresh the page? I had that problem once, and refreshed, and it showed up.

Maybe choose hy-vee and then put the stores in the "I have these, that are not on the list' box?
Was forced to pick a drug store and we don;t have any yet. Walgreens has plans to open here in 2009, so I picked that one so I could submit. I did mark some stores that are in Anchorage, which is not my locale, but is "close". I think there are some that are there, but I don't know for sure.
