When you see that there's someone online, it means that an admin or a SuperMod is available to answer your "How to?" or technical questions. You can ask for coupon advice or technical support with the site.

You could jump on there and tell me when you had orignially joined the site, your past post count and how many Itrader ratings you think you have so I can update that information!
