How do you get to chat with a person? I asked my question, it asked for my email and then said someone will respond shortly. Should I wait with that box open to chat or will I get an email or how does it work?

Hi, when the graphic shows offline it will revert to email. If it shows online & all the operators are busy then it will also revert to email. If you wish to speak to someone live please try again at any time you get reverted to email after waiting a short while. We usually are able to get to you pretty quickly. After you type your question, yes please wait for a response if it does not revert you to email prompt.
