Site Down and Now Wonky

We are not sure what caused it (we are blaming the solar flares LOL) but our servers crashed last night and Mark has been working dilligently on getting us back up and running. Well we are back up but there is still some wonkiness on the site and Mark is working to get those issues resolved.

Right now you should be able to navigate to a forum and then from a forum go to a thread however going directly to the last un-read post in a thread is not going to work.

The database seems to be OK.

PM's seem to be OK. However when I tried to mark one as unread I got an error.

So we are aware that there are some issues still to be resolved. But Mark is working on it and I am stressing about it.

Someone pass me some chocolate! LOL

working either....links to the database wish list's are working fine

Believe it or not, I'm surviving... it's not the end of the world!

So do what you've got to do. I for one am very grateful for what this site has to offer and all the behind the scenes hard work.

I second that, clippyclippy! This site is a GREAT help to me. Once they can get in, there will be haters on here posting nasty comments... IGNORE THEM ya'll are doing the best you can to get up and running. That's all anyone can ask. The site is FREE! They can go elsewhere...
On another note...I now know why my husband calls HCW "The Crack House" (he thinks he's very funny) I've been like a junkie who can't find a fix since 9:00 last night......LOL

Thanks guys for hanging in there with us. Please know that this stresses us out just as much as it stresses you guys out. We are two moms and a hubby that run HCW (and our FABULOUS mod team) that run HCW. We don't have a tech team. We have Mark, Julie's hubby.

And he is working on it all trying to get us back up and running ASAP.

FYI the Have/Wish List database links aren't working either. I can look at what people have in the database trades but if I try to click on Trader Lists it says '404 not found.'
Just an FYI b/c I was working on some trades.
I'm sure it will be back up and running soon. Thanks so much for this site!

It will be fine. We will still be here when its all back to normal. Don't stress! But, if you need chocolate, I have 6 boxes of the world's finest chocolate I have to sell for my boys' school. Lol!
