In case anyone else has problems.

I had a momentary period of confusion/difficulty at first. The link in the first message glitched (or my browser did, or something) and took me to the main page for creating a mailing list (which requires a fee).

Clicked the link again, though, and it took me to the correct page. First thing you should see is a simple page with the HCW logo and a field to enter your email addy.
