Community Wiki Feature Added To All Of Our Store Deals Forums!

After quite a few months of beta testing we are happy to announce that the Wiki feature is now out of beta testing and is now working in all of our Store Deals forums

I have added a set of Wiki related FAQ's to help explain how the Wiki feature works.

• Q. How Do I Add A Wiki To A Thread?
• Q: How Do I Edit And Add To An Existing Wiki?

Now that the Wiki's are added to our Store Deals forums we will be looking into what other forums we may want to add the Wiki feature to. This feature will not be added to all forums.

Please be mindful that the Community Wiki is to be used for adding and sharing deals, coupons, and information and all information in the Wiki posts are subject to the Community Rules.

Please do not use the Wiki feature for chit-chat type stuff.

Additionally moderators, super moderators and administrators have the ability to delete or lock a wiki if it is deemed necessary or if the wiki feature is being abused.

You must be a registered member and logged into your HotCouponWorld account to edit or add a wiki.

We encourage everyone to make the most out of this feature by adding your deal finds. Feel free to post a reply to a thread too letting folks know what you added to the Wiki so that other members can still give you Reps for your contribution (unless of course you wish to remain "anonymous"

Also a note about the Price Books feature - As you may have noticed the price books feature got broken last week. The 3rd party service we were using to host the price books has been sold and while they claim that they sent us an email letting us know about the sale, I never got that email.

After a few emails I have been able to access a download of the price books contents and I will be working this week on getting those prices in the stores that had a price book posted in a Wiki thread. It is going to take me some time to get those up so have a little patience with me.
