When a member is banned

From time to time Hotcouponmama and I have to make a hard decision to ban a contributing member of the site.

Matters like these are handled in a fair manner privatly between the admin and the accused. All such members are given warnings as to thier behavior and when they decide to continue such behavior we feel that they are making the decision to no longer be members here at Hot Coupon World.

If any member has a questions or concerns with this topic they may private message Hotcouponmama or I concerning this matter.

All posts or comments made on the general forum about a banned member will be deleted immediatly due to respecting the privacy of all current and former members.

ETA: This does not apply to members that spam our board. They are just banned and not given any warnings or discussions.
