Re: canned pumpkin It's 1 small can pumpkin, one cake mix (I get the reduced sugar ones), and spices to your liking. I add about a tsp of cinnamon and a little bit (1/4-1/2 tsp) of cake spice. I also add about 1/4-1/2 c. apple juice just to make it easier to mix, but this wasn't part of the original recipe as given to me and it adds a few minutes to the bake time. Put into cake cups and bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
My kids LOVE them. They stay really moist and yummy.
