SMILE Aldi's Diapers

You know, they actually aren't bad. I'm usually a Pampers kinda Mom, I've tried 4+ different store brands, White Cloud, Luvs, etc. They ALL were less than stellar, IMO. Pampers #1, Huggies #2.

Well, the Aldi's diapers were actually decent. I bought some out of desperation. The only diaper I had in the diaper bag was missing the sticky tape. So I bought these, and it actually turned out to work great!

Good to know. I used them om 1994 with my first and they were terrible. It's great to know they have been improved. I may have to give them a try.

I guess it depends on your baby's shape and gender, too. My friend SWEARS by Luvs (which ironically are made by P&G, which also makes Pampers), but DD leaks through them like you would not believe.

Good to know. I was wondering about them this past Saturday when i was in there. Right now, DD is in Luvs and we have had no leaking or blow out issues with them. However, she's a heavy night time wetter so we have to put her in Huggies Supremes. They are, so far, the only diaper that can hold up to her night time diapers.

I really liked the Aldi diapers. EXCEPT both of my girls broke out with diaper rash with them. Fluke? Normally we us Luvs.

That being said, My 8 month old leaks poop up the back in Luvs at least once a day when she has a blow out. Neither of my other two kids have done that. But the 8 month old does fine when she pees in the Luvs.

I honestly don't remember. I do remember it was a little bit cheaper than the Luvs per diaper. For some reason .13 cents a diaper sticks in my head. Or .12 cents.

We buy Luvs size 3 at Walmart by the case.

I don't know how much they are, but I've done the math before and they were more than the Parent's Choice diapers at Walmart, which is what we normally buy. Most diapers are *okay* with us, the only ones we've had trouble with is Huggies (serious leakage when she didn't even poop and hadn't had the diaper on very long at all, etc). Good to know that the Aldi ones are okay, we haven't tried those yet.

I bought some today and they are very similar to other store brands. I paid $5.79 for a jumbo pack size, 34 diapers in size 4.
