We are finally getting an ALDI; I'm german and growing up with ALDI, I'm soo excited.. now does anyone know if the ALDI here in teh US carries any german products or food like german choccolate etc.. I know ALDI has their own brand etc but I soo want like some german food from home... I soo wish I could go to ALDI instead of work today when they open... well I need the money so I hope someone here can tell me if they have some german stuff..

It is definitly not the same as what you are used to in Germany. But, there are some items that are the same (some chocolates, etc). Generally, you will find German food during Oktoberfest season (spaetzle, etc. etc.). But not on a regular basis.
