They seem to have all the basic baking supplies EXCEPT baking powder. I don't think their inventory is erratic, except for the special purchase items. They may have some brand name stuff occasionally like Quaker oatmeal for example, but their store brand stuff seems to stay pretty constant.

i keep hearing how awesome aldis is, i wish i had one, all the regular deals they have sound awesome!
