What is a good price for frozen tilapia and shrimp?

Tilapia price went as low as $2.50/lb last year at Meijer, but since the start of 2011 it has only bottom out at $3.99/lb.

Is the price at Aldi more competitive? How low has frozen tilapia fillet gone this yr?

I'm also looking for frozen shrimp which went to a low of $4/lb at Target (again it was last year I think). What would be a good price at Aldi?

For tilapia, my price book has $3.99/lb at Aldi which means this is the lowest I've seen. It is good quality fish.

Not sure on shrimp.
