Onions and Bell Peppers .69 this week!!!!

I don't know if Aldi's prices differ from region to region, but my Aldi's (Ohio) has 3 lb bags of yellow onions, and 3-packs of green bell peppers for .69 this week!!! That's almost stealing them!

I bought 2 bags of onions, and 5 packs of peppers (total $4.14)
We came home and started chopping!!! My hubby chopped the onions, while I chopped the peppers. We now have 2 freezer bags of each in our freezer! This cuts time (and money) out of meal prep!

And, I'll probably go back later this week for more!!

woot - I'll check the PA store tonight. I was just saying yesterday that I needed more green peppers (I chop and freeze them too)

My ad in IL has the 69 cent onions, but the 3 packs of peppers are 1.69.

It must be regional. Last week someone posted that the 3-pack of tri-color peppers were $2.49 in their ad. They were $1.29 in ours...and are $1.99 NOT on sale this week. Maybe someone finally figured out that nobody has any money where I live!!

You know I saw this grabbed the money and went down the street and bought some!!! Yeah!!!!!!!! Last week Kroger had them for $1.50 for 1......my son was upset because he wanted stuffed peppers but no more he's getting them for dinner tonight Thanks bunches!

My Aldi has the onions for 79c and the peppers for 99c...both still good deals.

I'm in Beavercreek, so I usually shop at either the new one on Airway Rd, or the on on Dorothy Lane in Kettering.

Troubles!! We're practically neighbors!! My husband was up in Springfield a couple of weeks ago, looking at a dead car to buy and resurrect. Didn't work out...LONG story!

I picked up a couple of bags of rice while I was getting my peppers and onions. It's $1.19 for 3 lbs, but I can't seem to find it cheaper at Kroger or Meijer.
