Funny Aldi story

I was on the phone with my gram one day when heading into Aldi. I always keep a couple quarters in the car for the carts. Well, I got there and had none, so I grabbed $0.25 in change and stood there waiting for a return, while talking to my gram. She thought it was the oddest thing. So, I see her a couple days ago, and she taped 12 quarters to a greeting card for me to keep in my coupon book! :D I hope I don't run out now!

Cute story! And a nice reminder to keep a few quarters in my car...just in case!!

I have a window-type pocket on the outside of my wallet (for driver's license, I guess-I keep mine inside the wallet), and I always keep my Aldi quarter inside there. I learned to always keep one quarter stowed away for Aldi's when I had to go use the change machine at the car wash across the street a few weeks ago!
