 First time to albertsons with a bunch of coupons
and I'm not sure if its the last time...
I was trying to get advantage of this week deals buy 10 for 10 so I get all of my stuff ready 37 items some no coupon so I'm really happy since I did my list I should paid around 16.50 after coupons and stuff. Everything scan fine until he got to my coupons. I was buying some pillsbury crescent dinner rolls, pillsbury toaster strudel pastries and other things. Well the coupon beep, try second one beep, try next one beep so he decided that all of my coupons of pillsbury are not good so he didn't even try to scan them anymore he scanned the rest and tells me u owe me 39.00 I said WHAT!!!! he said yeah u can't use those coupons I said why. He said I see the problem see here it says CUSTOMER: No other coupon may be used with this coupon and you have other coupons so it's a no. I said most of the coupons say that and I have used them before all together. He said well it won't take it and that's why I said okay fine take all of the items out that ones for the coupons. He gives me a look I didn't care. It comes down to 19.50 I said ok. I paid when straight to customer service. The lady tells me I'm going to talk to cashier first and see what you returned. I said I just want to know how come I wasn't allowed to use my coupons if I had the correct item. She then tells me well see we already gave u 15.00 for each 10 items. I said I know thats the deal u have running. She then goes well if you used your coupons you will be getting the items for free and we can't do that. I said I didn't get any items for free even with the coupons I know exactly how much I'm paying for each of the items. She then goes well u already used 11 dollars of coupons I said well yes I had a coupon for almost every single item on my order. She goes well the deal its still running u can do it again. I said well my whole order got screw up now I paid more than what I should have and have less items. She goes well cause of the coupons. After that she goes to me the cashier got overwell(not sure of spelling) and he just couldn't explain it to you. I said it just seems that he didn't even want to be bother with them. Anyways I left. I got home and called customer service. I was told that they should had let me used them and if for whatever reason the coupon beep they should have push it through if I had the item for it no matter if they are running a deal or not. They are supposed to call me back. I'm not mad it's just frustated I guess since it was my first time that I get a lot of stuff with coupons at the store. :( :(  |
