Question: What days do the sale ads run?
Answer: Wednesday thru Tuesday

Question: I have a problem at my local Albertsons grocery store, how do I contact Albertsons?

Question: Does Albertsons accept coupons?
Answer: Yes, they do!

Question Does Albertsons put out store coupons?
Answer: Yes, they do! You can find Albertsons store coupons in the sale ad flyers as well as special booklets found in-stores (and occasionally mailed to you) put out from time to time.

Question: Can I combine an Albertsons store coupon with a manufactures coupon on the same item?
Answer: Yes, you can combine a store coupon and a manufactures coupon on the same item unless one of the coupons prohibits this in the fine print wording on either coupon.

Question: Do I need to have a store shopping card to get the deals?
Answer: Yes, a Preferred Card is needed to get the advertised sale prices shown in the store ad flyers. If you do not already have a Preferred Card you can sign up for one in your local Albertsons store or apply online for your free savings card.

Question: Outside of getting the advertised sale prices, are there any other benefits of having a Preferred Card?
Answer: Yes, you can link up your Preferred Card to an UPromise account and start saving money for college. Additionally having a Preferred Card signs you up to receive money saving discounts and coupons sent to you by email and/or postal mail.

Question: Does Albertsons in the Western Region double coupons?
Answer: Yes, occasionally Albertsons will issue two clip-able double coupons in a special sale ad or send out mailers via the postal service. These double coupons (they are called “Double the Value” coupons) are typically dated to run for a duration of fourteen days starting on Wednesday and ending on Tuesday at midnight. The Albertsons double coupons are usually limited to ONE COUPON PER CUSTOMER PER TRANSACTION (please read the coupon booklet itself as it will occasionally state that you may use two double coupons per transaction instead of the usual one). Question: Does Albertsons price match other stores sale ads.
Answer: No they do not.

Question: Does Albertsons accept competitor store coupons?
Answer: No they do not…they did at one point in time but have since revised that in their coupon policy.

Question: Does Albertsons accept expired coupons?
Answer: No they do not.

Question: Does Albertsons accept printable coupons?
Answer: Yes they do. Coupons must scan at checkout. Coupons must have serial numbers and follow an industry-standard format. Coupons must clearly indicate that they are manufacturer coupons and have a valid manufacture address on the printed coupon. Albertsons does not accept printable coupons that are a FREE product without a required purchase (BOGO coupons are fine). Printable coupons with a redemption value that exceeds $5.00 are not allowed.

Question: Does Albertsons accept coupons for clearance items?
Answer: Yes. Your local store will accept the coupon for the product price only.

Question: Is there a limit on how many coupons I can use at one time?
Answer: For regular manufactures coupons there is no limit on how many coupons you can use at one time in one shopping trip. You can use one manufacturers coupon for each item or set of item (per the terms on the coupon) you are purchasing. However when Albertsons is running their Double the Value coupon promotions you are limited to using one Double the Value coupon per transaction/shopping order.

Question: Does Albertsons run Catalina Coupon promotions?
Answer: Yes they do! You can find current Albertsons Catalina deals posted by other HotCouponWorld members in our Albertsons Catalina Deals forum. We have a separate forum for the Catalina Deals because these deals are often shared with the other Albertsons regions.

Question: Does Albertsons have their own printable coupons?
Answer: Sort of…while there is a link on the Albertsons website for printable coupons, these coupons are not store specific and are the same printable coupons you can find at SmartSource.com (link is to HotCouponWorld’s SmartSource page…where if you print these coupons from us, we get credit for your prints, which helps keep this site free!)

Question: Does Albertsons have eCoupons that I can upload to my Preferred Savings card?
Answer: No, at this time they do not.

Question: I see that Albertsons does a lot of 10 for $10.00 sales, do I have to buy 10 to get that price?
Answer: No you do not. Each item is just a $1.00 unless otherwise stated in the ad.

Question: I went to my local store and something I wanted to purchase on sale was out of stock can I get a rain check?
Answer: Yes you can. Just ask either your cashier or at the customer service desk for a rain check. Albertsons rain checks expire 30-days from the date they were issued.

Question: Can I use two coupons on a buy one get one free (BOGO) sale?
Answer: Yes you can, you can use two manufacturer coupons on a BOGO sale.

Question: Does Albertsons sell gift cards?
Answer: Yes, they do. Albertsons stores sell both Albertsons gift cards as well as gift cards from other companies in their gift card mall. Look for a special display in your local Albertsons that contains gift cards to purchase from a myriad list of retailers and restaurants.

Question: Does Albertsons accept food stamps?
Answer: Yes, they do. Please see your states food stamp guidelines for details about what can and cannot be purchased using food stamps.

Question: Does Albertsons accept WIC?
Answer: Yes, they do accept WIC (Women, Infants & Children). See your state WIC guidelines for specifics.
