The shredded cheese is definitely a great deal and freezable too if you have the room in your freezer. :)

I was using those Qs all the time on the cheese but I noticed lately that most of the cheese does not have the symbol anymore. :sad: I think the last time I bought Albie block cheese only the cheddar had a California symbol and it wasn't on every package so I was wondering if they were going to stop putting it on there all together....
