Question: Is the $25 before or after manufacturers coupons? For example: if I buy exactly $25 in products, then use $3 man. qs, my total will be $22. Will I still get the $10 coupon??

These types of promos are generally a mix and match of the participating categories. Just make sure that you have at least $25 worth of participating products BEFORE coupons and you should be set to go. Using the shelf tags, your ad and any in-store signage is always a plus when working these deals. On occasions there is a hitch with these types of promos, so to be on the safe side I usually wait until a day or two after a promo has started before trying it myself.
