I'm pretty sure I read that it's a Limit 1 per transaction, but can we do multiple transactions? Or is it one per Albertson's card.

It is one per transaction. Most likely you can do more than one per card since it does not state a limit for the card.

I was really hoping we would get this sale! Another board I frequent has a lot of jewel shoppers and they have this promo going on and I guess it stacks w/ the con agra cat deal. I'll find out more info and post it. They've been doing so good w/ this promo.
