Albertsons (SouthWest) ~ Good Deal GDA on Kellogg's Cereal, Oroweat Bread & Milk

Here is the deal:

Buy 3 Kellogg's Cereals at 3 for $7 and get BOTH an Oroweat Bread ($2 ea) and an Albertson's Gallon of Milk ($1.47) for FREE.

I am going to try this out:

$7 Kelloggs
$2 Oroweat
$1.47 Albs Gal Milk
------------------
$10.47

-$4.50 (3 $1.50/1 SS Q)
-$1.00 (1 $1.00 SS Oroweat Q)
-$2.00 (FREE Oroweat from Albs)
-$1.47 (FREE Milk from Albs)
----------------------------
$1.50

I am planning to hand over the bread with it's Q, then the Cereals and their Qs afterwards. That way, no issue if the computer automatically adjusts it.

HOWEVER...This depends on if it is an instant thing or a catalina OYNO kinda thing. It doesn't say in the ad at all...just Buy the Cereal, get these two items free. We shall see...

Either way, I am going to get the Oroweat - one of the only breads without HFCS and major dough conditioners.

I noticed this in the ad- great deal! I'm going to add some powerade paired with $.75/2 tear pad coupons (found at quick trip) and a F&E coupon :)

This does look like a great deal- I saw it in the ad, but didn't get to Albertson's yet. Did they let you use the Oroweat coupon?

Yes, the Oroweat coupon works

I've done the deal 3 times so far and it has given me no issues each time.

Also, if you have the propel tearpad q's, they are $10/10 this week with a bonus game piece so I got a bunch of them for free today.

This worked like a charm. I don't get the F&Es anymore but I did use 2 of my $3 RR from WAGs. Tossed in a Monster for my hubby, was STILL too low on my OOP so had him toss in a .50 Heath bar and my total was $.41 *lol* I guess the Monster wasn't as much as I thought. Rinsed and repeated once more then I was out of those lovely Kellog's Qs.

Gave a gallon of milk to a friend (we do not go thru it that fast and hubby won't let me freeze) and got 6 boxes of cereal and 2 loaves of milk.

If your worried about them accepting the Qs, I did it in this order.

WAGs RR (I always give F&Es or RRs first)...Bread...Bread Q...Milk...Cereals...Cereal Qs...done.

I've been getting Basha's home mailer q's too- $5/30 and $5/50- there are about 4 on each mailer :)

I don't think you have to do the bread q right after the bread, I presented it at the end and it came off just fine. The register seemed to code the free items as a promotion (does that make sense? having a hard time articulating it).
