So I happened upon the GM $15 catalina today by accident. But this is how it rings up.

Sara Lee Pie rings up as bogo
$6.39 and $0.00

Breyers Ice Cream rings up as bogo
$6.39 and $0.00

At the end of the transaction the Breyers comes off.

So here is how I happened upon it by accident. We eat ALOT of pasta, so I thought I would buy the four ragu at $.88 each. I bought 8 pies and 8 Breyers

It rang up like this
Breyers $6.39 x 4 = $25.56
Breyers $0.00 x 4 = $0.00
Ragu $1.69 x 4 = $6.76 (When they scan the coupon it reduces to $.88)
Sara Lee$6.39 x 4 =$25.56
Sara Lee $0.00 x 4 = $0.00

The Ragu and Breyers reach $32 triggering the catalina for $15. Then the Breyers comes off and the Ragu coupon gets scanned 4 times. I had $15 in catalinas to use. My second and third trip I had no coupons for Sara Lee or Breyers so my total was $14.08 each time and I received $15 in catalinas each time.

I did this deal 3 times without MQ's and once with MQ's. I rolled my $15 in cats from yesterday. I spent $45 and I have enough ice cream and pies to last my family half a year. Plus I have more pasta sauce and $15 in cats to use again.

Anyways, hope this helps. This is just my theory on why the $15 in cats printed. Does anyone know how long the $15 cat is running?

So, just to get this right since my brain is fuzz--we need to do the pie deal twice in the same transaction plus 4 ragu's? I was going to do the pie deal once and get the ragu anyway, but if I can get a $15 cat I will do it twice.

I ran out tonight and did this exact same transaction and got no $15 cat. Yes, the machine was working. Some ad printed.

Did the pie ice cream deal after work, 2 pies, 2 ice cream. I used one $1.00/2 ice cream coupon and 2 of the Sara Lee coupons.

Great Deal - I may do one more this weekend to have for Christmas time.

Ugh! Tried the pies, ragu and breyers x4 and no cat. I also had a bad experience last night. Not only did they say that I could not roll the $15 in cats, but because I used coupons, then a catalina, definitely wouldn't print out. So, I still need to call catalina over yesterdays transaction. Should I call on this one as well?

I am all over this scenario. thanks for sharing. Even if the cat doesn't print it's still a good deal. But sure would be sweeter if the cat did print I'm wondering why it's working for some and not for others. I know, I know, I've read enough threads on here about that good/evil cat machine. But I wonder if the end date is different in different regions/states?

Ugh, I'm sorry it didn't work for some of you. That's the only thing I bought-so it couldn't have been anything else. I did it four times. I don't know why it would work for me. I live in the Olympia, Wa. area. It was the store on Pacific and Lily for those of you who live around here. HTH.
