    DD3 Albertsons NW ad: 9/30-10-6

Use up those 9/30 exp date coupons!! Finish shopping for all those 9/30 exp date MIRs!! Hurry!!

ETA: I will be away again from the PC from Tues night thru Fri afternoon. I am (against my better judgement) helping to chaperone a 3-day 2-night camping trip for my DS's entire school, mainly because DH & I don't know anyone there yet & it's a long time to leave a 6yo by himself. As of today, the weather is: rain, temps in the 40's during the days, and rain/snow mix with temps in the 30's at night. We're sleeping in tents. I hope my son looks back on this some day and realizes what a wonderful mother I am... So, sorry - just know that I would much rather be online with you all and/ or shopping at Albies.

I can not imagine an entire school camping trip. Is this a private school. I am with you on not being willing to leave my 6yo in a strangers hands for that long even if it is his school. (DS1 is 5 and I have a hard time leaving him overnight at gmas)

Oh, I so need a deal on Eagle Brand. That would be great!

And to jenrose, yes, it's a private school. Not our first choice. We have a feeling it's gonna be a looong school year.

Because of My location in Montana, there were very few "couponers" till i started teaching classes...now over 800 in my area.....So, i meet with the co-mgr every monday because they do projected ordering for sales 4 weeks away.....Last monday, he asked what kind of coupons were available for Quaker...he said that it would be between this coming week and the first two weeks of October....he also said that Prego would be a HUGE HUGE loss leader of around "a buck or less"(his words)...I tell what coupons are available, so he knows how much to order...He also allows us to "pre-pay" and then we don't have to get rain checks....we just pay for it, and when it comes in....they call us or most of the time, he calls me and I call the "coupon ladies".

It works out quite well, especially with the classes...now I have started working with the clients of the food bank....I give free classes for the clients at the food bank, salvation army, and the child development center plus, i help provide Q's for the food bank to purchase pantry items....in over a month since working with them...they have save over $4000 on pantry items for the food bank....Now, they are able to stretch their budget as well. it just feels wonderful to help those that otherwise couldn't help themselves.
