I bought the Dr Pepper yesterday around noon at the sunnyside (OR) store. The cat printed but the checker had to manually punch in a code to get the 2 to come off. It came off as "Pepsi". But there were not any signs on the shelf about it not being included. I wouldn't have tried it if there was.

That is the store I shop at . I wish I would have gone yesterday. I will try it today. Thank you so much, hoping for no signs. I LOVE DP!

Is anyone else having a problem with the 20oz bottles and the BOGO Qs? Twice yesterday, the $10 cat didn't print when DH and I bought each bought 16 bottles x $1.25 = $20 and used 8 BOGO Qs. We paid $10.80 ($.80 deposit), but no cat.

The first time, with DH, the second-in-command, who's known DH since he was a kid, had the cashier write, "Per (her name), $10 off next order catalina" on the receipt and said we just needed to give the receipt to the cashier and they will manually take $10 off. The second time (same cashier), he wrote "Catalina didn't print" and told me to show it to his boss next time I came in and see what she wanted to do about it.

Does the Dr Pepper cat print after items are scanned, or at the end of the transaction? I'm trying to figure out if the Qs are messing it up or if something else is going on...

I think I'm going to contact Catalina about the second one, as I doubt Albies will be reimbursed the $10 the way that the first missing cat was handled and I don't want them losing even more money.

I'm thinking about doing this if it is the Qs messing it up... 32 bottles x $1.25 = $40 - 16 BOGO Qs ($20) = $20, get $10 cat (hopefully) = $10/32 bottles. Not free, but good enough that I would still buy them.

I've done the 20 oz DP deals twice with B1G1 Q's and it worked perfectly. I bought 16 and paid with my $10 cat. I've done it with regular and diet. It prints out way after the transaction was done. We waited and waited for the cat. I always check the cat machine to be sure it has a solid green light so I know it's working. HTH!

Thanks for the response, RobinLynn! DH and I both checked for the solid green light and I don't think that it printed late because both of us were held up at the checkout for at least 2-3 minutes after paying trying to figure out why it didn't print.

We had the same cashier (7 hours apart), he remembered my DH, said it didn't print for him either, and as I was leaving, he was reporting it to his manager that it didn't print again. If it had printed after DH had left, I think he would have said something to me. Instead, he was just baffled about why it didn't work, yet again.

Maybe there is something messed up with his machine, even though the green light was solid??? Or maybe he did something weird when entering the Qs?

It can still be not working with a solid green light. Catalina told me once they need to reset them holding the reset button in for 30 seconds. Most don't do it that long.
I would have asked to have it rung up again at a different register.

Where to look for $1/1 popsicle ? thanks
