Albertsons NW: No more free french bread survey coupons at the end of your receipt

I got a french bread about 10 days ago but I have not seen any of the $2 surveys. I've only had 2 transactions since then though so I guess maybe soon I will get one.

I did 2 transactions back to back and got the $2 survey coupon on one of my receipts. I went back 2 days later used my coupon on one transaction and then did another transaction (where my total was $0.0) and got another $2 coupon. So 4 transactions and 2 $2 coupons. --and the survey was very short, 2 minutes tops.

I have only gotten 1 of them, and done probably 10-12 transactions :( Anyone know what triggers them? Also, the survey line for the frenchbread is dead, has anyone found out if there is a way for the store to still honor them?

I got the $2 OYNO one too. I like it better than the free french bread.

Though in my last order I also got a free french bread cat and a free cookies cat. Not related to the survey.

Anyone know if there's a deadline for using the French bread Q's you already have? Will they still honor them if I pull one out of my wallet in like 6 months?
