OK, so I've been a bad couponer. I haven't done any deals yet this week. For some reason, I can't seem to wrap my brain around all the deals out there. What really gets me is I don't understand if the $30 is before or after coupons, and how the Albies double coupons figure in. So can someone tell me if this sounds like it'll work?

(4) Fiber One Toaster Pasteries
$2 x 4 = $8 should count towards $30 and get a cat for free milk?
(5) Betty Crocker Fruit Snacks
$2 x 5 = $10 - (5) $1/1 GM peelies - (5) $1 doubles = free
(2) Yoplait Kids yogurt
$2.50 x 2 = $5 - (2) $1/1 - $1 double = $2
(3) Betty Crocker Cake Mix
$1.67 x 3 = $5 (no q's, have 3 b-days in the next month, so I'll need these anyways)
(2) Betty Crocker Potatoes
$1.67 x 2 = $3.34 - (2) .35/1 = $2.64

So in my mind, my total comes to $31.34 before all coupons, $17.64 after, and I should get $15 in cats and a free milk cat. Does this sound right? Can I use Safeway doublers in addition to all this? I don't normally need help with my deals, but can't seem to get this. Any help would be very much appreciated, thanks!

Has anyone tried the boxes of pampers to see if they are part of the $15/$30? I have a $4 off coupon so this would be a great deal IF it works.

OMG- I haven't read this entire thread, but I just wanted to share with y'all- I went to go do the Pantene deal again, it's on the spend $30 get $15, sale price is 3 for 10, I used $1Q's and ended up getting 9 for $3 after the $15 printout and one doubler (didn't think to use two more- maybe tomorrow!)

Anyways....

I forgot my bank card, so I paid with the printouts from earlier

and it printed new ones, even though I paid with printouts. I wish shopping were like this every week, I love Albertsons this week. I think I've done this deal like 14 or 15 times this week, I have 2 albertsons stores and I've hit them both each day. I'm ready for a final run tomorrow- wish me luck, girls.

looking at the master list from the jewel-osco forum for this catalina, which are usually 98%+ the same....it lists the gillette fusion power razors as part of the deal .....listed in their section at $10. -IF- they are also $10
x3=$30
-$12(3x$4/1 P&G)
-$3 doubles)
=$15-$15 cats....=FREE etc.....perhaps even buying 6 at a time for double cats.

might have to try this out tomorrow. ive actually used all my coupons i wanted to use this week, except tons of kelloggs coupons, but i can use those next week now....so its all good

I tried the Gillette power Phantom, and it worked. Only mine are sale priced at $8.99 (they're on the inside of the ad where all the HBA normally are.) So you have to get more than 3. I used it as a big ticket filler when I had a bunch of $2 things I wanted to get and only had room for one more doubler to get up to $30.
After taxes it's only pennies of profit, and we don't use them (I just donate them), so I've only bought one so far.

Last Tues I got the 3 bags of pampers baby dry, no probs, got cats, then I went back and tried to get a box 19.99 and a bag 10.69 , paid with cats and no cats came out except for the $5 one...hth

My girlfriend did the box of Pampers & she only got the $5 Baby Cat. HTH.
