Albertsons NW: ad 1/7/09--1/13/09

This finally looks like an ad worth getting excited about! I'm so glad school starts again this week. It's so much easier to shop alone!

I posted this in the main Albertsons forum, but I know a lot of people dont' go there. Albies has a program where if you register your club card, a portion of what you spend gets donated to the school of your choice (similar to Safeway's escrip program). In the past you never had to re-register your card, but starting in 2009, you do. So please go register your card! and if you don't have a school, go ahead and select my son's school :) Here's the link to original post.

Now back to the deals :) I'm soooo hoping that the Seattle area gets that doubler!

We dont get the $10/$50 safeway Q's around here (near tacoma wa), but I have...or had them from the entertainment book. I really hope our albies has this same ad, any idea what paper this will be in so I can go buy some when they come out?

I'm wondering about the Safeway coupon too! I have the enterrsinment book but I think it is only for $5/$50. I need to go get my Seattle times out of the recycle box and look it over!

I'm near Seattle and haven't ever seen a $10/$50 in the paper here. I think it's pretty much just in SW WA and OR. My Albies ad comes in the mail on Tuesday or Wednesday. It comes with other random store ads and a Red Plum. I can't wait for tomorrow's mail delivery!

Me too! I just looked through the seattle times and you are right, No Safeway coupon, darn! I do have the $5/50 from the entertainment book though. It is better than nothing!

Is the 30.00 before or after coupons? i was wondering does the amount have to 30 after coupons to get the 15.00 back? Sorry, still learning!

For deals like this in the past, the $30 has been BEFORE coupons. The after coupon deals can be amazing!

Last time we were getting free plus overage for Vaseline lotion. I bought some of the Vaseline Men's line and - wow - that stuff smells GOOD!

Gotta love it when good deals + coupons = yummy smelling husband.

One thing concerns me. It says spend $30 or more. I know in the past it is multiples of $30. But was the wording the same on others?
