Albertsons NW: ad 1/7/09--1/13/09

I went to ALbertsons today and bought the 3 pampers cruisers jumbo packs for $30 and recieved $15 CATS form P&G and $5 CAT good towards my next baby product purchase. THe P&G cats state they are not good toward the purchase of P&G products!

I just went to my Albies and did 2 transactions for baby stuff. #1 was formula and baby food. Total before Q's was 27.xx, and after was 12.xx. I DID NOT get a cat. Checker said that their systems have changed and it is now AFTER coupons :(

I really hope the $15 one tomorrow isnt the same.

My 2nd trans was 1 pullups and 2 pampers...got the $20

Reading reports from the other stores (Acme, Shaws, etc) that regular price works for the catalina but it's been my experience with Albertsons that you have to use the sale price for the catalina to print. Anyone perhaps want to test this with Albertsons stores?

my albies says it is after coupons total has to be $30. I will try again tomorrow, then i guess return stuff if it doesnt work?

On the little booklet part inside the ad, right above the part for Covergirl cosmetics it says $2 off instantly at checkout. For what? How do I get that $2 off? And the $15 cats we get back say not good on P&G products? Doesn't sound like such a great deal if we can't roll them. I would love to hear any scenarios anyone had. All I saw so far was for the Gillette Razors, but not as good if you can't roll the cats anyways.

Mommycia, the store has no control over when the cat prints. It is after Q's. If they try to grab it, tackle them! lol (I'm just kidding of course.)

OK. Stupid question from the new person are all of the items on the 15/30 deal P and G products or are there some that are not? Also what does YMMV and OYNSO mean, I have been wondering for a long time and never asked.


One idea to get moes ads. I went to the post office today. I got 30 out of the recycle and the mailman gave me another stack once he noticed what I was doing. It worked out very well.

Meaning of YMMV and OYNO

In general the non-food items that are part of the $15/$30 are P&G while the food items are not. There are probably exceptions but for the most part that is right.
