I can't find this in the database, but there was a Q in the May (issue 4 I think) All You p. 128 for $2 off chicken (fresh or frozen) wyb 2 Rice a Roni or Pasta Roni plus any 2 cans of Del Monte veges x 5/31/08. I also have 50c tear pad Qs I found at Safeway recently for the Natures Way Rice/Pasta Roni.

i have some good news and bad news. ...it seems that the computer is smart. hehe i used coupons on some of the $50 promo, and the accumulated total was MINUS the coupons...hehe, kinda sucks. (i still cant imagine this is true, but i dont have another explanation)

but the good news is, i guess i missed it, is that it is a accumulation until 6/24. the bottom of my reciept says, i spent $14.50 towards my $50. once i reach $50, the coupon will print. so its not in one transaction. thats the good news part of this post..=)

At my Albertson's the other day they had blinkie coupons for Buy 4 pouches of starkist tuna get one FREE. I also have some of the $1.50/3 tearpad coupons. The albacore solid white is 4 for $6. What is the best legit way to use these coupons. I am having trouble wrapping my head around this. So far I have this:

12 x $1.50 = $18.00
-b4g1 -1.50
-b4g1 -1.50
-b4g1 -1.50
-1.50/3 -1.50
-1.50/3 -1.50
-1.50/3 -1.50
12 pouches for $6.00

I'm not sure if there is one too many b4g1 coupon in there. Is it buy 4 get the 4th one FREE or buy 4 get the 5th one FREE? Sorry if this is confusing. Thanks.

Yes, there is one too many b4g1 coupons in there for the amount you have, it should be buy 4 get the 5th free. No worries, though, it should look like this

-1.50/3

total 17.50 - 10.50 coupons =7.50 for 15 I think that's .50 each

If you don't have that many 1.50/3 coupons, figure it as, for every three you buy you can use 1.50 coupon, and every fifth one is free - to maximize your coupons you have to get fifteen pouches. If you don't have enough coupons then just buy 8 and use 2 1.50 coupons and 2 frees. Make sense. I see why you are having trouble doing the math, it's because you need to do the one coupon in 3s and the other in 4s. That is why 12/15 is the best scenario.

Thanks. That's what I thought but sometimes it gets a little confusing when you use different coupons together in a deal. My Albertson's considers Wags a competitor since they are right across the steet so I used the $10 of $30 one day Wags coupon there on these, too. I'm pretty sure these count towards the accumulating $50 deal.

At my Albies here in Everett, WA, there are Starkist pouches on an un-advertised sale at 10/$10. I ended up using those $1.50/3 TPQs on 9, paying $.50 ea. If you have the B4G1 Q also... that would make them less than $.50! WOOT WOOT.
