The doublers weren't in the Spokesman or CDA Press, but they had a big stack of them at the entrance when I went to the store - so there were plenty.

That was the CDA store.

I called our Alb. today because we did not receive doublers in our paper and they had them at the store but the cashier warned me that I needed to spend $30 not just reach it then use my coupons. I needed to use coupons then get down to $30...I kind of think / wonder if it is even worth it that way - bad for couponers if you ask me! Anyways, they said the catalina machine is off and on and they wont be returning items then use one item to make the catalina produce!
All I can say is your Albertsons rocks because ours wont do it!

I'll compare to the UPC list a little further just to see if I can spot anything. The nice thing was my cashier was fantastic and just did whatever needed to be done to get it right - my favorite Albertson's ROCKS!

I had my order rerang without any coupons and still didn't produce the Cats. Machine was working properly. Everything was tagged, and I doubled checked with the master list. Calling Catalina in the morning.

These do get frustrating - I had trouble last time too - but had all kinds of other groceries mixed in. This time I did 2 transactions with ONLY the items in the catalina included, hoping to make it easier if they didn't work - and they didn't work. Since my store found another way to get them to me I'm ok with it but I too wish they would just work and not be such a hassle.

I was coming to see what everyone is using their doublers on. After reading so many trouble with the $15/30 deal, I'm not so sure I even want to attempt this. Yikes!

I had some problems w/ the Dove Shampoo/Conditioner last night so my cashier (who is the all time greatest cashier--I LOVE HIM!!) He just scanned previous cats I gave him and said "there you go". After I got home I realized he accidentally only scanned 5 on one order so it didn't make the $30 and then he scanned 7 on the next order. It all worked out.

Had 3 shopping carts full of stuff and paid $86 and still have $15 cats to use. I LOVE COUPONS.

Here's just some of the stuff I can remember that I bought:

16 Skippy Peanut Butter

I know there are a few more items but my brain can't process it all right now :-)

I would really like to finish up everything I can the next couple of days with doublers - my Thanksgiving stuff - except the turkey. Not finding many coupons to help me though. I did get the .75 potatoes, and I got my cranberry and of course broth from the Cat deal.

This is my first year couponing and I'm to the point now that I really don't buy unless I have a coupon and even better can double it. I never really thought about it before, just went and bought all my stuff for Thanksgiving so I don't know the cycle. Will there be a big sale maybe next week on all the thanksgiving stuff? Or should I try to do it now (if I can find coupons) and double?

I found a last minute deal today while browsing my coupon book, looking for expireds, etc to thin it out..glade sprays are $1, and there are MQ for $1/2, use a doubler, get 2 sprays free. The ones I had were home mailers, but i know some areas got some in the 11/01 ss

Yes, this is what they did at the store, they scanned the Vanilla YoPlus until it reached $30 and the Cat printed.
