Help! Need advice about coupon wording Hello everyone, my husband's cousin has a situation in her Albertsons that we need some advice about. Her Albertsons in the Sumner area just implemented a coupon policy that the checkers read the backs of each coupon and if the coupon says, "one coupon per purchase", then they will only allow her to use 1 coupon for the whole transaction. If it says, "one coupon per item", then they will let her use multiple coupons. I suggested to her to either email or call corporate and ask about getting a copy of the coupon policy and when she called, the lady told her that should would look into it. They called her back and this is their response, "She feels that the manufacturer intends it to be one coupon per transaction but she will research it, talk to manufacturers, implement a policy that has never been put into writing and retrain my store." I suggested to her to just email them asking for a copy of their coupon policy. Is there anything else she can do? Is there anything out there in writing that explains what the wording on the backs of coupons actually mean? Any advice would be very much appreciated.
Thanks,
