Tonight's shopping trip. Left the house w/3-yr old at 11:30 p.m. She was awake and excited to go to the store when we left. Two minutes into the 35 min drive and she was out. She was so out that when I laid her across the seats of one of those car shopping carts and covered her with her blanket, she didn't stir at all. She slept through the entire trip and we got home at about 2:30 a.m. One of the best trips ever. No one around, two employees ready to answer all of my questions and take the time needed in the checkout line.

So, here's my steal:

9 - 16.5 lb bags Kibbles and Bits dry dog food (used $3q in 5/18 RP and s$5wys$15 deal...separate from Unilever deal) Worked out to $3.21/bag.

7 - Lawry's marinade's (used .50 q making them .50 ea)

5 - Wishbone Dressings (used .75 q, making them $1.25. Prob. could've done better)

18 - Lawry's seasons (some garlic salt/some seasoning salt)

5 - Wisk detergents (used the $1.50 off q on 50 oz. bottle, making them .50 ea)

5 - Snuggle liquid softeners (used the $1 q, making them $1 ea)

5 - Snuggle drier sheets (used $1 q, making them $1 ea)

After the $20 off from the Unilever deal and the $25 from the dog food and the $49.75 in mf q's, the total was $73.80. Since, it was over $50, I used the Entertainment book q for save $5 wys $50, making my total $68.80. (Retail $338.90, savings of $270.10). Oh, and for those of you who use PetMeds, there was a $5 off plus free shipping on orders over $39 Catalina that printed).

Yippee!!!

Great deals everyone!

I even went back yesterday as it was such a good deal on the meals and got more all. I am making one more run today for all and then I think I am done for this week. I got the knorr meals too.

But my kitchen looks like a bomb went off, I need to clean out my closet (walkin) thats storage now with baby clothes and totes and make it more of a stockpile room.

The heat here this weekend was yukkie, I loved the sun but cant stand the heat. Luckily today is cooler.

Cant wait to see next weeks ad's

Do you mean that if you hand them two doubler coupons (which doubles 8 total MQ) that they count that towards your total 10 competitors coupons?

Are there any stores that anyone is aware of that will let you use more doublers? For instance say I am using 20 MQs and I have 5 doublers - will they actually let me use all 5 at any west side Albies? (I live right near the Cornelius Pass and Baseline one and actually have never had an issue there, but I've only tried it with 2 doublers at a time - one Thriftway and one Safeway) If I can use more than 2 doublers, that would be awesome!

I've only done this once and got all meat (pictured) but I saw more than the pictured products with promo tags today, like the cookies. Other items did not have the promo tags but they seemed somewhat randomly placed. I am looking to see what I can get cheap or free with the coupons, not sure if I will do the promo again, although some of the meat & chicken was reasonably priced IMO.
