More store closings in South Florida

I wondered why I didn't get my weekly ad in Tuesday's mail. :sad: Finally, my store is among the casualties.

Albertsons to close five South Florida stores - South Florida Sun-Sentinel.com

Pembroke Pines, Delray Beach, Boca Raton, Lake Worth and Loxahatchee

So that's not just "my" store, but the next closest in either direction, too.

I wondered why I didn't get my ad either, until I heard that my store was closing. I'm lucky in that I have one about 5 miles away (as opposed to mine which is .25 miles away), but they still won't give me an ad in the paper...I'll have to try and get on the mailer I guess. It's a sad day!

Yep. I went to the one in Pembroke Pines last week to redeem a raincheck and saw the huge liquidation signs. Soooo glad I decided to stop by to redeem my RC before they closed since I typically only go to Albies once a month or less.
