The one that used to give the the ad early and then suddenly stopped is closing. Go figure

We have another store but it is a bit out of the way for me. I'll try to get the ad early from them whenever possible.

Are they closing the Albertson store on Bloomingdale, across from the Publix on Winthrop plaza? I have not seen a circular from them in 2 weeks. thanks

Yes , it's closing and is no longer honoring the albertsons ad.
The store has already begun their liquidation sale.

I was wondering the same thing but I have not been in the store since they went to "liquidation". Saw they have people standing on the corners with big signs saying 60% off. Yesterday I went to the other store on Bloomingdale & Lithia Pinecrest for the water. Was there the same time half of the sheriff's office was responding to the nutso down the street that had barricaded himself in the liquor store. :hectic1:

Just glad I wasn't in the Publix next door, they had to evacuate it.
