Bumblebee Tuna - Happy Experience

So, got my 100 pouches of tuna today. I got the feeling the CS gal was not in a good mood or something. She is not usually rude - but today she made me feel really bad.

Anyway, I have the tuna but i really got a yucky feeling like I was stealing from this store and that does not make me happy since it has been my happy store for so long.

Was this the store at Bloomingdale & Providence? Again today they told me they don't have next week's ad. I used to get it with no problem on Saturdays. The really nice blonde lady at CS has not been there the last 2 weeks that I've asked for it. A younger girl at CS desk gives me a really weird look when I ask for the next week's ad and says they don't have it. Like that kind of look where you think someone is not telling you the truth because they can't look you in the eye. Today she told me they get them on Monday. :shrug7: I think maybe something is going on there. They are just plain stupid if they become coupon unfriendly. They will lose what business they have left to Publix.

Yes it was the Bloomingdale/Providence store and it was the nice blonde CS lady too!

I agree, it will not be good if they become coupon unfriendly. More and more people are using them.

LovesDivine--I can't be sure-did they know that you had a 100 Q's when you requested a special order of 100 pouches? I have never special ordered, so I was wondering what you or others thought was the best way to approach this.

I was very upfront. I told them I had 100 q's and wanted to order 100 pouches.

I went to both stores every day of the sale and would have gotten them while they were in stock but they weren't. I only got 2 rainchecks, one at each store.
