CHEF Share your recipes using Albertson's sale items

I don't know if this is appropriate or not so, Mod, feel free to move/delete if necessary.

I bought some when they were on sale this week for $2.98/lb. and then scoured the internet for something to do with them. I ended up trying this recipe and it was EXCELLENT.

Broiled Sirloin With Butter Sauce Recipe

For the 4/29 - 5/5 week, French's Worcestershire is $0.50 AC and Albertsons butter is $1 for half a pound (if you're not still stocked from the LOL deal a few weeks ago - I am!). Lemon juicers are $0.99 in the produce section, I believe. All in all, a cheap and incredibly tasty meat entree.

(Best for those of us who like our red meat still pink or red, as these petite sirloins tend to toughen up when cooked too long, IMO.)

Default Re: Share your recipes using Albertson's sale items

I think this is a great idea! There is a thread in the Publix forum for sharing recipes. I hope you don't mind, I changed your title so we can get some more recipes in here!!

Come on Albie shoppers, share your Albie sale item recipes!!
