Before our Albertson's closed, I was able to use a coupon for Hormel Always Tender Pork Products $1/1 (which recently came out in Sunday inserts) on BOGO pork products from the Albie's butcher.
Check your Albertson's pork packages & they may say they are Hormel Always Tender pork. If so, here's a fantastic deal:
Look for a BOGO sale on pork (one ends 2/17 on pork steaks and country ribs).
Ask the butcher nicely & offer to help, & see if he/she are willing to package one pork steak or rib or chop in each package. I did this in large quantities a few times and it worked like a charm esp. when I shared coupons:
2 packs of One delicious pork chop on BOGO Sale:
$2
$0 (BOGO sale)
Total: $2
Use 2 - $1/1 coupons
TWO FREE PORK PRODUCTS.
Of course, some packs were over $2 and some were under but over the course of 3 shops, I got 300+ free pork products. I'm not sure if it was the actual product or the fact I got so much meat absolutely free but they sure were tasty!!!!![]()

I noticed that my store has alot of $2 mark downs late in the day. I am not going to ask the butcher to repack but tonight, with the mark downs and the $1/1 q's I got 7.3 lbs pork for $3.75. Used $1/1 Hormel always tender q's from the 2/8 insert and some manager mark downs.
