Need some help with ad/matchups - any volunteers?

I'm having knee surgery next week, and am currently on some pretty heavy duty painkillers. I would really appreciate it if someone would post "ad highlights" with coupon matchups for this week and next week. The entire ad isn't necessary - just BOGOs, 10/$10, and other good deals AC. I would really, really appreciate the help as the ad isn't making much sense to me at the moment (I'm on Planet Painkiller as we speak) and I'll be in no shape next week. Many reps and my lifelong thanks await you!!
