Jack Links Beef Jerky - Good deal?

At Albertson's (texas atleast) in the May/June Shoppers Guide they have Jack Link Steakhouse Beef Jerky 3.25 oz for $5.69 each. I have tear pad Manufacturer's coupon from Keystone Light for $2.00 off each 3 oz or larger making it $3.69 per bag. Do you think this is a good price?

$1 per ounce is a pretty standard price, and this deal would be over that price, thus overpriced. You should be able to get it cheaper. At Sams club jerky is usually around 80cents per pound. At our local grocer you can buy their jerky, which is way better than the processed junk, for $1 per pound.

Sounds like a good deal to me, but being that I am up in MN w/no Albies in site, I wouldn't be very familiar with what the normal pricing is etc.

May I suggest you visit our Albies forum. The members may be able to give you a bit more insight on pricing etc.!!

You can sometimes find jerky at the dollar stores and I dont know if you have a CVS near you but it is $1 each right now there.
