Albertsons (Dallas/Ft. Worth) ~ Question: "In Store coupons" ?

Is anyone else frustrated with the "In store Coupons" sale right now? I've noticed these coupons are actually manufacturer coupons, so reallly they can be used anywhere. I have 3 Albertson's near my house and one has the coupon flyers out for display (in Keller on Golden Triangle). All but a couple say manufacture coupons and are good through March. The other two stores (on 377 and on Western Center) won't give the coupons out, they keep them at the register.

I am just frustrated when it says Ritz on sale for 1.00 a box, but that's because they are already using a manufacturer coupon. I can save the coupon and use it on a better deal later.

I am hoping the deals next week are better. The Progresso soups were the only thing I picked up this week.

I wasn't happy with them either. I only bought a few cleaning supplies and then I did the tomato sauce and picked up the last of my rice. I hope they have a good sale this week.
