DND in NWFTW? & Black Friday?

Ok so I have yet to try using any DND (.50 or less) at my local Albertsons here in North/ North West Fort Worth but was wondering if anyone has had success in doing so.....


Also, few years back (last time I was into this with the EXGF) Albertsons did their own version of a Black Friday deal where they Doubled up to $1 with coupons. Any idea if they (or anyone else) plan on doing that again?

The last time they did Super Doubles or Triples was 2005. Also, coupons that say DND will double if they start with 5, but not with a 9. However, the cashier has the ability to over-ride this, so ymmv.

Thanks. I knew about the DND 5/9 but wasn't sure if there was any personal experience with my particular Albie's.

I remember going to A's and getting 3 baskets full with the Super Doubles and them paying us when we left....it was crazy....think she made like 8 trips in 24 hours...
