Yep, it certainly is! You know when you sometimes get printouts from a catalina machine that advertise a current or upcoming catalina deal (buy x get y), well that little printout is basically what you get if you print the yourbucks offer from couponnetwork.com. The printout will tell you the exact details of the offer (how much to buy, what you'll get, valid dates, participating stores, etc.). I often go to couponnetwork.com to see the catalina deals going on at my local stores so I can plan my trips better. I also don't actually print the offers - I just select them and then click print, but just view them in the print preview window to get the details.

Also, you can register at couponnetwork.com (for free) and then select your local stores in your profile. Then only the offers that are valid at your stores will show up, so you don't need to sort through all of them to find those that are good in your area. If/when you print (or print preview) the offers, each one will list which of your selected stores the deal is valid at.

Also, I just checked on the couponnetwork site, and it is managed by the Catalina Marketing Corporation.
