This is from an old ad (6/10-6/23 small ad), but I noticed it goes a while, and likely would get forgotten:
Buy $15 in any combination of Pantene, Secret, Olay, Cover Girl or Natural Instincts and receive a FREE Olay Complete Ageless Skin Renewing Lotion by mail.

Ad had Olay facial care products, body wash and bar soap, Natural Instincts hair color, Pantene products and Secret. Shows a Catalina at the top with FREE printed on it, so the form must print as a Catalina.
Anyone done this?
