I asked catalina about why I didn't get the kraft bbq sauce cat and then about the mac and chesee cat. Here's the response:

The Kraft BBQ $2.00 will mailed to you. I have no record of any macaroni and cheese promotion running at Albertsons store #456. It's possible the manufacturer chose to include only certain stores. If the store's are running this promotion if would be either tagged or advertised.

So basically she is saying there is no mac and cheese cat. Does anyone have the promotion numbers from catalina that print on the side?

Oh, and my store never has the tags!

Safeway is running the same cat deal... I was able to find my preview cat, here are the two numbers that print on the side. I'm not sure if the numbers are the same for both stores, but at least it's a start:

18210 50501 21400
0835 4280 0189

Also, I saw lots of people having problems... The ONLY thing pictured on the preview cat is the BLUE CLASSIC BOX.

Food Lion has this Cat posted on their web site, with dates 7/3 - 7/26/09 as well as the current range.

I did this deal and got the CAT. Now I'm wondering if I will get another CAT if I do this deal again. If I use the CAT I just got, I would get 10 boxes (two 5 packs) mac and cheese and 2 boxes of Capri Sun for less than $5. And possibly get another CAT. I'm new at this, so I'm not sure if I will get another CAT. I would love to stock up on these for summer.

Thanks! I did it 4 more times today and got the $2 CAT each time. So it was $4.29 oop for 10 boxes (two 5 packs) of Mac & Cheese and 2 packs of Capri Sun!
